Ines Gašo, director of marketing and sales, started her own business and opened the first theme park for children, modeled on foreign ones.
They will be open all year, at least 10 people will work in the park, due to the complexity of the program.
The first theme park for children, MiniPolis, opens in Zagreb in the spring, an investment by young entrepreneur Ines Gašo, who, in the absence of quality facilities for her own children, decided to develop a new concept in Croatia.
Similar theme parks exist in big cities such as Dubai, London and Budapest, where Ines Gašo got her inspiration, during the many hours she spent there with her two children. The former director of marketing and sales therefore decided to start her own business. The amount of investment in the indoor space of MiniPolis of 1000 square meters on Radnička cesta is currently not disclosed by the investor.
“This project differs in many ways from the existing playrooms, which have similar facilities, where parents mostly leave their children for a few hours. Our concept is designed through thematic programs, interactive workshops, with didactic content and learning skills that entertain children and will use them in life. Parents will also be able to participate in them, and we also expect groups of children of kindergarten and school age ", explains Ines Gašo.
MiniPolis is a replica of a small town that has its own square and streets with a traffic polygon and other facilities, a shop, a bank, a hairdresser, a flower shop, a bakery located in thematic houses. It is not just about shop windows, but interactive content that children will be able to use. The program will be realized in cooperation with partners, and with the payment of tickets it will be a source of revenue for MiniPolis, and the schedule will be on the website that is expected soon.
"As children, we all loved to play dentist, firefighter, hairdresser, aunt in the store, with us children will have the opportunity to enjoy these roles, with the highest level of safety. We will have, for example, a workshop for making real pastries that the children will knead, and they will bake them with our assistance, workshops on traffic safety, safe use of the Internet ", explains Gašo.
Due to demanding programs, it will employ at least 10 people. Part of the program is harmonized with the school program, so that school groups are expected, not only from Zagreb, and as they will be open
throughout the year, thematic camps for the holidays are expected. They also plan to cooperate with travel agencies and portals.
