MiniPolis d.o.o. is the data controller, as prescribed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

This Privacy Policy aims to explain all procedures relating to the collection, use and processing of personal data.


The data we collect


Personal data is any data relating to an individual, such as e-mail address, name, work address, telephone number, through which an individual can be identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly.

We collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data when you visit our website and MiniPolis themepark:

  • Basic identity data and contact data which include your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, information on whether you have chilldren under the age of 14, your children’s first and last name, date of birth, gender, name of the organization (school) when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill the sign-in form when entering MiniPolis or register for MiniPolisID card, buy tickets or book a visit or day care and animation services, organization of birthday parties and group visits;
  • Financial and transaction data, which include bank account and payment card details, for which purposes we use a third party services (Payment Service Provider). We do not store or process data, but they are available directly to the third party service we use, whose privacy policy is available at : (
  • Data collected through the use of cookies with your consent, such as data about your visits to our site, location and traffic, type of browser and its version, operating system and platform used, as well as other technologies of the devices that you use to access our site;
  • Data you provide when creating your user profile, which include, but are not limited to, your orders, purchases and preferences;
  • Marketing and communication data that include your preferences when receving our marketing content;
  • Videosurveillance (CCTV) – the MiniPolis’ premises are under videosurveillance for the purposes of protecting people, health and property on the premises;
  • Data about the time of entry and time of departure from the MiniPolis’ premises.

We may also collect, use and process aggregated dana, such as statistical and demographic data which are not considered personal data, since they do not reveal your identity directly or indirectly.

How is personal data collected


Your data is collected:

  • When you provide your data such as basic identity data, contact data or financial and transaction data whilst using our website;
  • When you create your user profile or subscribe to our newsletter, when you fill out our sign-up form upon entry to MiniPolis, register for our MiniPolisID card, buy tickets or reserve a visit;
  • When you contact us directly using contact information provided on our website (via electronic mail, mail, phone, social networks or in any other manner)
  • When you visit our website we collect certain technological data;
  • When we collect your data through third parties or publicly available sources – Mail+, identity and contact data related to payment processes via WSPay,
  • When you use Wi-Fi on the MiniPolis’ premises;
  • During your visit to MiniPolis.

  • To comply with our legal obligations and requests we are obligated to respond to, to perform our contractual duties and comply with our business rules.

Protection and retention of your data

MiniPolis d.o.o. takes appropriate measures to assure that your personal data are accurate, kept up to date, and when necessary rectified without delay.

Data controller takes all the necessary measures to secure your data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation, MiniPolis d.o.o. takes appropriate technical and organizational measures, including pseudoanonymization and encryption of personal data, the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services, the ability to restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident, a process for regularly testing assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of processing.


Data retention period


Your data will be kept for a reasonable period, having regard to the specific purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed. MiniPolis d.o.o. regularly evaluates the data retention periods, and erases data and no longer processes it where the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were collected.

In cases where the data retention period is prescribed by law, your data are kept for the prescribed period.

Personal data collected on the basis of legitimate interest are kept for the duration of the interest.

Sharing your personal data


MiniPolis d.o.o. sometimes shares your data with trusted third parties, such as IT companies who support our website and other business systems. Third parties are obligated to sign contractual provisions which guarantee the same level of protection of your personal data as Minipolis d.o.o., all in accordance with the relevant provisions. Third parties will only collect and process your data for the specific purposes you were informed about (IT support).

Your personal data may be shared with regulatory bodies (including tax bodies) and government agencies, in accordance with their prescribed competences.

Data transfer

We do not transfer your data to third countries.

Your rights

Regardless of the purpose for which the data was collected, you can request at any time:

  • Right of access to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and access to the personal data in question;
  • Erasure (the right to be forgotten) – MiniPolis d.o.o. will delete data from its databases, other than those it is obligated to keep and store to comply with legal obligations, unless there is a stronger legitimate interest for processing or if the processing is not necessary to put forward, fulfill or protect your legal request;
  • Right to data portability – to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit those data to another controller;
  • If the data was obtained on the basis of the consent, you can retract your consent at any time without any impediments or negative consequences;
  • Right to object (to the regulatory body – Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, if you believe your rights were violated during the processing of the data by the MiniPolis d.o.o.
